Education Officer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Education Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing educational programmes, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring the effective delivery of educational services. This role requires strong organisational skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programmes and initiatives. Ensure they meet the needs of students and align with institutional goals.
  • Curriculum Support: Assist in the development and updating of curriculum materials. Work with faculty to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students regarding educational opportunities, programme requirements, and academic progress.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programmes. Collect and analyse data to make informed recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic staff, administrators, and external partners to enhance educational offerings and address student needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure that educational programmes adhere to institutional policies and accreditation standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in education. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

What We Need from You:

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in educational programme management or a related role is highly desirable.
