Your offer checklist
Now you have got an offer to study with us as an international student, here is what to do next. Follow our step-by-step advice and you will soon be confirming your place at TEC.
Understanding your offer
There are some steps that you need to take before we can confirm your place, and we encourage you to take action as soon as you can.
As an international student, you are most likely to get a conditional offer. Here’s the difference:
Conditional: This means that you must meet some requirements before you can be officially accepted onto the course. An example of this would be demonstrating that you have achieved the required grades in your qualifications.
Unconditional: This means we are satisfied that you have already met all the entry requirements, and that we can accept you on to the course with no further requirements.
Whether your offer is conditional or unconditional, we encourage you to accept your offer within two weeks of receiving it. You can then complete steps to meet your conditions where necessary and confirm your place at TEC in plenty of time.

Accepting your offer
To secure your place, please follow the steps below:
An Acceptance Form is included with your official offer letter. Please read the offer carefully and ensure you understand all the terms before proceeding.
You must sign the Acceptance Form and return it to the Admissions Team via email.
Deadline:
The signed Acceptance Form must be submitted within two weeks of the date of your offer letter.

Upload your documents
As part of your conditional offer, you are required to provide additional documents to meet the conditions outlined in your offer letter.
Review your offer letter carefully to identify the specific documents requested.
Ensure all documents are clear, complete, and in a suitable format (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
How to Submit:
Please email the required documents to our Admissions Team at:

Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Your application ID or student reference number
- A brief note indicating that these documents are submitted in response to your conditional offer
Make your advance payment
As part of your conditional offer, you are required to provide additional documents to meet the conditions outlined in your offer letter.
Review your offer letter carefully to identify the specific documents requested.
Ensure all documents are clear, complete, and in a suitable format (PDF, JPG, or PNG).

Prepare for your visa application
If you are applying for a visa you will need to plan carefully, it can take longer than you think! For example, for a student visa, one of the things you will need to do is show that you have enough money, and you will need to save this money in a bank account for at least 28 days before you apply.
